HOW DO I GET PITAYA PLUS IN MY LOCAL MARKET or JUICE BAR?

Customer demand for our product is the most powerful. Ask to speak to a manager or the frozen buyer for the store. Then tell them our company name and what our product is. The more info you give them the better.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Right now we are only able to ship online orders within the continental United States.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP FROZEN PITAYA SMOOTHIE PACKS?

In order to ensure that our healthy and delicate Pitaya smoothie packs arrive to you fresh, we pack them in an insulated cooler with dry ice. Freshness is guaranteed for 72 hours after shipping.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship all orders via Fedex or UPS. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, your order will arrive at your door in 3 business days or less. Once delivered, please place your Pitaya packs in your freezer.

All orders ship Monday thru Tuesday. Your order needs to be placed before 10:00am (Central Time) to ship out that same day on one of those days. If you order after 10:00am (Central Time) Tuesday, your order will be pushed to the beginning of the next shipping cycle.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is ready to ship, our warehouse packs the order, and then creates a Fedex or UPS tracking number which is emailed to you later that same day. If you do not get a tracking number emailed to you, please email us at store@pitayaplus.com and we will provide you with one. Please also check your email junk folder before contacting us as they sometimes end up there.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In the rare case this might happen (wink wink;), your request needs to be emailed to store@pitayaplus.com before 5:00pm (Local Time) the day before your order ships. Please supply your name and order number in the email. 

 

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER or IT NEVER ARRIVED?

Sometimes these things happen, and we want to fix them right away. Please contact customer service at store@pitayaplus.com and let us know what the issue is. Please provide your order number from your confirmation email.

 

THE PITAYA PACKS ARE MELTED BUT STILL COLD?

As long as your Pitaya smoothie packs are cold, they are still 100% fresh and eatable. If you don’t want to enjoy them right away, place them in the freezer the ensure freshness.

 

HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF MY INVOICE?

We are going green, so invoices will be emailed by request. You can request a invoice by emailing us at store@pitayaplus.com.

WARRANTY

Due to the fact that our Pitaya Plus smoothie packs are a perishable food item, all sales are final. In the event your order does not arrive to your satisfaction, please contact us at store@pitayaplus.com with your order number and any additional details to your order. Photos of any issues helps expedite the process of a possible refund.
