We couldn't help it... it was time to make a Mint Bowl. Inspired by mint lovers that needed a healthier way to fill their addiction with something other than ice cream. If your taste buds enjoy a little mint, then this is a must try.
- 1 Strawberry
- Pinch of Coconut flakes
- Garnish with Mint leaves (if desired)
- Combine all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds
- Pour into a bowl and enjoy:)
