Pitaya Bowl Recipe

This Pitaya bowl combines the sweet taste of Pitaya (dragon fruit) with the tartness of cranberry juice and pomegranate seeds. It's topped with shredded coconuts, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds for added crunch. High in fiber and with no sugar added and no dairy, its a healthy and delicious snack that will get you through the holidays feeling guilt-free.

Toppings:

  • Shredded Coconut
  • Pomegranate
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Sliced Banana
  • Honey-Almond Granola
    1. Combine all ingredients into a blender
    2. Blend on medium to high for 30 seconds
    3. Pour into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy:)
