5 Reasons You Want Breakfast

You’ve skipped breakfast, we’ve skipped breakfast, it happens to everyone. Does it matter? What’s the big deal when you can eat lunch early? We have 5 easy reasons why breakfast is a no brainer, and why it should be part of your morning routine.

MetabolismBreakfast gets your metabolism going. Not sure what that means? Metabolism describes the chemical reaction your cells and molecules create to break down food into energy. Getting your metabolism warmed up with breakfast helps for better food processing at lunch and dinner meals.


Pitaya Plus EnergyEnergy! Have you ever tried to start a car without gas? Well, you’re body is the same way (depending on the type of fuel of course). So put some good breakfast food in your belly and be ready to take on the day.

At the end of the day, who doesn’t love food… let alone breakfast (YUMMY). It’s all about setting aside the time to make breakfast in the morning, or prepping your a quick breakfast treat the night before. Either way, breakfast should be your first meal of the day.
